The Committee of 20 has launched the project "Analysis and dissemination of best practices aimed at the creation of enabling environment for women’s economic empowerment, labor and professional growth". The project is implemented with the support of ExxonMobil Russia Inc. The activities include a broad-scale survey of best corporate practices during which a broad range of companies will be questioned, in-depth interviews with the Top executives of the companies- leaders in Gender Diversity, surveys on international and Russian best practices, Round Tables, seminars dedicated to the discussion of the results of the Survey. The results of the survey will be published in a brochure. The project will be concluded by the Forum where the survey results will be presented, companies-leaders recognized and the project findings summarized.
