The 2-nd Forum "Female leadership without boundaries"
The 2nd Forum «Female leadership without boundaries» was held on April, 23, 2010. More than 60 delegates from 45 companies took part in it.
This Forum became the second event within the framework of the Initiativе started up by partnership of Committee 20, Heidrick & Struggles, and Coca-Cola Russia.
The following topics were discussed:
- major motivating factors and barriers to women's career development; how to break the "glass ceiling"
- popularization of women's leadership philisophy
- the best practices of women's promotion to the top positions
- development of women's leadership potential through special career-oriented programs (f.e. coaching, mentoring, role modeling, etc.)
- best practices exchange
The fact that two women from the Russian State Duma were present at the event told about its high status.
