In 1992 she graduated from Moscow State Linguistics University, in 2000 received MBA from Open University Business School, UK.

In 2012 included in Top-50 influential Russian business women (rating of ‘Company’ magazine)

In 2009 she was elected to the Board of Directors of American Chamber of Commerce in Russia.

In 2009 included in the list of 500 managers determined as the human capital reserve under patronage of President of Russian Federation.

 In 2007 included in rating “Best top-managers of Ukraine” (rating of “Companion” magazine)

Was the first Russian citizen to lead 3M operations in Russia within 16 years of 3M presence in the country.
